This starts with the free site survey.  We advise on the options available, without confusing clients with jargon or techno-speak. We tailor all systems to the client’s individual needs and budget, such that no two installations are the same.  We always recommend equipment and cables that will achieve the desired level of performance, whilst, as far as possible, having the potential for future upgrades, as technology and budget allow.

We are usually able to offer alternative packages, to provide clients with a wider choice of equipment, aesthetics, operation, etc, and allow them to prioritise their needs.

In the case of new builds, conversions or major refurbishments, we prefer to work with architects' drawings so that we may plan cable routings and calculate lengths accurately for pricing purposes.  We are usually able to suggest ideal locations for equipment.  Typically, the equipment hubs for home cinemas and multi-room systems are located in cupboards or specially built housings out of sight.
For smaller jobs, we will agree cabling and equipment location requirements at the time of the survey and follow up with a written quotation for the installation.
